GADGET BUDDY – CLAIM & SERVICES POLICY
Welcome to Gadget Buddy! We are committed to providing you with the best products and reliable after-sales support. This policy outlines how you can file a claim for warranty and services for any purchased product.
1. Nature of Warranty Claims
Gadget Buddy operates as a multi-brand platform. Therefore, warranty claims are divided into two (2) categories:
Official Manufacturer Warranty Products:
Only products from brands that have an existing official manufacturer warranty in Pakistan are eligible for claims under this warranty (e.g., Ronin, Audionic, etc.).
The claim terms and process will be strictly according to the original brand's official warranty policy. Gadget Buddy will assist you by facilitating and forwarding your claim to the brand.
Other/Imported Products:
Products that do not have an official manufacturer warranty in Pakistan are covered only by our [7 Day/14 Day] Check Warranty.
If the product fails within this check period, it will only qualify for replacement.
2. How to File a Claim
Follow these steps to file a claim:
Contact Us: Immediately reach out to our Customer Support Team via email or phone.
Required Information: To expedite the claim process, please provide the following details:
Order Number.
Product Name and Model Number.
Detailed description of the issue.
Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice).
Image/video proof of the product's fault (if required).
Claim Review: Our team will review your claim and inform you whether your item falls under the Official Brand Warranty or the Gadget Buddy Check Warranty.
3. Warranty Terms and Exclusions
Warranty claims will not be accepted in the following cases:
Physical Damage: Damage resulting from dropping or breaking the product.
Liquid Damage: Faults caused by exposure to water or other liquids.
Misuse: Damage due to incorrect or careless use.
Unauthorized Repair: Any tampering or repair performed by an unauthorized individual.
Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic defects, fading, or natural reduction in battery performance over time.
4. Claim Processing Time
Check Warranty: Issues are typically resolved within 3–5 business days (subject to stock availability).
Official Brand Warranty: This process may take longer, as the claim is forwarded to the brand's official service center. It can generally take 10–20 working days.
